The Headland Folk Club, held in the Duke of Cleveland in Church Walk, Hartlepool, are having their meeting this evening and would welcome your attendance at their fortnightly gathering.  They’re open from 8 till 11 every other week.

The Pools Folk and Acoustic Music Club, held in the Nursery, Hopps Street, Hartlepool, are open each Monday, even on Bank Holidays, even this Monday, from 8 pm onwards.  Their session is preceded by a drum club so you can beat out your own tempo all evening every Monday

The Foggy Furze Folk Club meets each Tuesday evening from about 8.00 pm till 11.00 in the Causeway in Stranton, Harlepool.  At the moment, we’re halfway through our programme of guests for the summer and our next visitors are to be Steve and Kristi Nebel from Tahoma, Washington State who will be with us on Tuesday, 13 September 2016.  They’ve visited us before and we can vouch for the wonderful musicality of their great songs.

At the Foggy Furze Folk Club, it’s £1 per evening for a singaround and £2 for a guest night.  You can contact me on kay@foggyfurzefolk.com or read this article again on www.foggyfurzefolk.com.  You’re welcome in any of the clubs, whether it’s just to listen or play or sing.  Over at the FFFC, we start at 8.00 pm each Tuesday and look forward to seeing you.
